Meet Mary Ellen Ebersole and Eileen Collins, the experts at Executive Electrolysis.

Mrs. Ebersole and Mrs. Collins are proud to be one of several mother-daughter teams practicing electrolysis. They each practice in both the Laurel and Columbia offices.

Mary Ellen Ebersole, RN, LE, CPE, CNOR/E, CURN-Ret'd

Mrs. Ebersole has been practicing electrolysis since 1977. A retired nurse specializing in urologic and operating room nursing, she has actively promoted infection prevention standards in our industry. She is a member of the American Electrology Association, the Maryland Association of Professional Electrologists, Inc., as well as several professional nursing organizations. Mrs. Ebersole continues to believe that one must never stop learning.

Eileen Ebersole Collins, LEI, CPE has been practicing electrolysis since 1993. Her most recent accomplishment is becoming one of two Licensed Electrolysis Instructors in the state of Maryland. She is a graduate of the Maryland Institute of Electrology and has held her CPE credential, the highest educational standard in the profession, for more than 23 years. Mrs. Collins earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maryland Global College.

She is also an active member of her community, has served as both President and Treasurer of her son's elementary school, has served as a member of the Parent Task Force Fundraising Group at her son's middle school, and was an active member of the Booster Club at her son's high school.  She is also an active member of her church in Laurel and an active member of the City of Laurel's Parks and Recreation's Citizen Advisory Committee and has been appointed by the Mayor of Laurel to serve on the Youth Commission.  She has received numerous commendations from the Mayor and City Council of Laurel for her work in the community and was the 2010 recipient of the Prince George's County Parent Involvement Matters Award, representing Prince George's County for the State of Maryland PIMA Awards Ceremony in 2010. 

In May of 2019, Mrs. Collins spearheaded a team of friends, family and clients to participate in the Greater Washington Chapter of the Scleroderma Society to raise funds for Scleroderma research in her husband, Clif's memory.
